XBRL Conversion and Filing Services.jpg

Unless exempted, companies incorporated in Singapore (SG-Incorporated companies) are required to file your financial statements in XBRL format (XBRL FS) with ACRA as part of your annual returns.

The XBRL FS is prepared using the BizFinx Preparation Tool, available for download from the ACRA website.

In addition to ensuring that the financial statements are uploaded as a properly formatted text block for full XBRL filing, a significant challenge lies in accurately mapping the line items in the financial statements to the corresponding tags within the ACRA taxonomy in the BizFinx Preparation Tool for all types of filing. After this mapping is complete, any validation errors must be resolved, or exemptions applied for, to ensure a successful upload of the XBRL FS. This process can often be complex and time-consuming. Engage us to take care of the task!
